Так как вопросы периодически всплывают для истории кинем сюда:
На день сегодняшний базы такие:
в таблице sipfriends поля allow и disallow поменяны местами иначе баг с разрешенными кодаками

может тогда и permit deny поменять местами, а так же contactpermit contactdeny?
