Нужно выполнить кастомизацию Elastix Call Center Module

1. Now outgoing calls with campains works well by this scenario:

After callee answer, operator (agent) see callee number, name & other data,
When callee hangup, operator (agent) see empty window without data.
When next callee answer, operator (agent) see his number, name & data,

Now i need other scenario:

After callee answer, operator see callee number, name & other data,
When callee or operator hangup, operator still see the data of this callee,
If operator take a brake, window (agent console) still show the data of previous callee,
When next callee answer, agent console show number, name and other data of this new callee,

2. It is need to add Button. This button is to allow redial previous callee.
This feature is to allow agent to callback callee in case of call breakage.

3. Sometimes callee asking to call him later. It is need button for agents in agent console. This button will replace this callee down to the campaign list. This callee is to be marked with letter: "asked to call later".

4. Retries of dialing callee. I can not to know from documentation how it works. I need to replace failure calls down to the list of campaign. No several attempts successively
